Mayor Wythe Recognized April as Month of the Young Child

Mayor Wythe presented a Mayoral Proclamation to Best Beginnings Homer to celebrate April 2013 as Month of the Young Child. Best Beginnings Homer organized a week of events for young children and child care providers of young children in celebration of Month of the Young Child including play groups, open houses, and a Community Cafe.
