Early voting for the State and Federal General Election will be open at the City Hall Cowles Council Chambers October 24^th through November 7^th, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of Monday, October 24^th when it will close at 3:00 p.m.
