Itinerant merchants doing business in Homer are required to be licensed by the City of Homer.  Several types of businesses may be categorized as Itinerant Merchants.  Please click on ‘Regulations Regarding Itinerant or Transient Merchants’ link below to see if your business fits into this category.

Please see the attached map indicating where it is ok to drive a motor vehicle.

The majority of vehicle break-ins occur outside private homes in driveways or on the street in front of the victim’s home.

You may install studded tires on your vehicle(s) beginning September 15th and must have them removed by April 30th.  These dates are subject to change by the Department of Transportation.

Location:  The shelter is located at the corner of Heath St. and the Homer Bypass, across from the Post Office.
