Resolution 17-084 Acknowledging Previously Paid Water Assessments Along Eric Lane

RESOLUTION 17-084

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACKNOWLEDGING THAT PREVIOUSLY PAID WATER ASSESSMENTS WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO EACH PROPERTY OWNER AT THE TIME ROAD AND SEWER ASSESSMENTS ARE LEVIED.

WHEREAS, Resolution 15-048(S) provided that “previously paid sewer assessments will be credited to back each property owner at the time the proposed Lilian Walli road and sewer assessments are levied; and

WHEREAS, These property owners also paid a water assessment for improvements that did not provide water service to their lots.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Homer City Council acknowledges that the amount of previously paid water assessments will be credited to back each property owner at the time the proposed Lilian Walli road and sewer assessments are levied.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska this 9th day of October, 2017.
