2025-2030 CIP

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) provides information on capital projects identified as priorities for the Homer community.  Projects to be undertaken by the State of Alaska and other non-City organizations are included in the CIP in separate sections. Homer Comp Plan Rewrite Community Work Session

The public is invited to a Community Work Session to explore how population and job growth might change land use and development patterns in Homer over time.

You will have the opportunity to review  three potential growth scenarios for Homer. Your feedback will assist in developing goals, objectives, and recommendations for the Comprehensive Plan Rewrite and Title 21 Revision.
