General Voting Information
Election Day is Tuesday, October 7. Polls will be open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Polling Places
- Homer #1, 06-230: City Hall Cowles Council Chambers, downstairs in the City Hall Building located at 491 E. Pioneer Avenue.
- Homer #2, 06-240: United Methodist Church at 770 East End Road.
Absentee Voting

Kenai Peninsula Borough holds their regular municipal election concurrently. For Homer residents, three South Kenai Peninsula Hospital Service Area seats and four borough ballot propositions are on the ballot. Ballot proposition topics include election process, election dates, residential property tax exemption, and sales tax.
