Are you curious about the Election processes and how it all happens or a Student that's interested in government?

 

Election Workers and Youth Vote Ambassadors are needed for the Municipal and Borough Elections. If you can spare a whole day, half day or maybe a few hours during the day, please consider serving your community by being an Election Worker. If you want to meet interesting people, gain real-life experience that can be used for government or social studies class projects, provide service to the community consider being a Youth Vote Ambassador.

To be an Election Worker or Student Ambassador you will need to meet the following criteria:

Election Workers Youth Vote Ambassadors
Be a Resident of the State of Alaska Be a High School Student in Good Standing
Registered to Vote in Alaska At least 16 years of age
Willing to Spend a Few Hours Prior to the Election for Training A United States Citizen 
  Written Permission from Parent(s)/Guardian
