Special Assessment Districts - Application and Information
A special assessment district may be created for the purpose of acquiring, installing or constructing a capital improvement that primarily benefits real property in the district, in contrast to capital improvements that benefit the entire community and are paid for with general government resources or improvements that benefit a specific individual parcel.
