The City of Homer maintains a list of all City-owned properties authorized for lease by the Council, known as the Land Allocation Plan. This list is updated annually and identifies City-owned property that's available for lease. Mill Rates are set annually by the Borough Assembly, Municipalities and Service Area Boards.  A mill is a thousandth of a dollar (1/1000 of $1 and represents one dollar of tax for each 1,000 dollars of taxable assessed value.
