Notice of Kilowatt Rate Increase

Attention all vessel owners that utilize power in the Homer Harbor:

Due to Homer Electric Association's Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment increase effective April 1, 2011, the kilowatt rate for vessels in the Homer Harbor using electric is now $0.19 as compared to the previous rate of $0.13 per kilowatt.
