Fees
Permit Fees
Most common Planning and Zoning fees, other fees may apply. For Driveway, Water, and Sewer permits, contact the Public Works department at publicworks@cityofhomer-ak.gov or 907-235-3170.
Zoning Permit Fees

| Residential Single Family/Duplex | $300 |
| Multi-Family/Commercial/Industrial plus $50 per hour when over six hours of administrative time | $400 |
| Storm Water Plan | $200 |
| Change of Use | $50 |
| Deck | $100 |
The zoning permit fee increases if development starts without a permit. Residential permits increase to $450 and Commercial permits to $800.
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Processing Fees
