Permanent Fund Committee Meeting Minutes October 14, 2010
Session 10-06 a Regular Meeting of the Permanent Fund Committee was called to order on October 14, 2010 at 5:15 p.m. by Chair Barbara Howard at the City Hall Cowles Council Chambers located at 491 E. Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska.

WYTHE/HARVILLE - MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA.
There was no discussion.

Chair Howard called for a motion for approval of the Regular Meeting Synopsis of April 8 and Special Meeting Synopsis of April 20 and August 17, 2010.

STAFF & COUNCIL REPORT/COMMITTEE REPORTS/BOROUGH REPORTS
Finance Director Regina Harville reported she received the investment portfolio report for the period of June – August, 2010. Administrative fees are $521.87. Interest earned was $28 for the $1.1M account. Ms. Harville expressed difficulty in obtaining the statements online. It was suggested a special meeting be scheduled to address the issue of the monthly statements.
