Attached is the City of Homer's 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan, or CIP for short.  

The CIP provides information on capital projects identified as priorities for the Homer community.  The projects included in the City of Homer’s CIP were compiled with input from the public, area-wide agencies, and City staff, as well as various advisory commissions serving the City of Homer.

Descriptions of City projects include ways the project will benefit the community, cost and schedule information and a priority designation Level 1 (highest), 2 or 3.

On September 16, the State of Alaska issued a press release concerning the security breach during a cyber attack on DHSS which was first detected in May of 2021.

According to the Press Release, as soon as the attack was detected, DHSS immediately shut down systems to protect individuals’ information and deny further access by the attacker to DHSS data. Before DHSS implemented the shutdown, the attackers potentially had access to the following types of individuals’ information:
