Important Date for the Natural Gas Special Assessment District
Objections to the formation of the city-wide natural gas special assessment district are due in the Office of the City Clerk by January 25, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
Objections must be entered in written form on the Property Owner's Statement of Objection. Non responses during the objection period shall be deemed to be non-objections.
In the property owner(s) mailing you were provided an objection form. In the event you need another form, they are available at the Clerk's Office.
