ITB October 2012 Surplus Equipment Sale

OCTOBER 2012 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALE

Sealed bids will be received on surplus City equipment until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at City Clerk’s Office, City of Homer, 491 E. Pioneer Drive, Homer, AK 99603.  Sealed bids must be on the proper bid form provided by the City, one item per form.  The complete equipment list and bid forms may be picked up at City Clerk’s Office. All bidders must be on the Plan Holders List to be considered responsive.

Inspection of items may be arranged by contacting the respective department at the phone numbers shown on the equipment list during regular office hours between Monday, October 15th and Wednesday, October 24th.

Electric Motors   Outboard Motor
Steel Pilings    Office Furniture
Stainless Steel Tubing  Table Saw
Boat Trailers    Glass Doors

Hydraulic Winch   Window Air Conditioners

All items will be sold in “as is, where is” condition, no warranties expressed or implied. Minimum bids are listed on some items. The City reserves the right, when in its best interest, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.  Purchased items must be paid for and removed within five working days of the bid opening.
