Education: Graduated Homer High School

                  BA from Northwest College (Kirkland Wa)

Elected Experience:  3 terms Homer City Council

Other Professional Experience:  Entrepreneur, Business owner, tour guide, music teacher

Community Service:  Church musician, Musician for community theatre, Snomads Secretary, City Commissions starting in 2008, (Chair of EDC & Planning) Chamber

Candidate Statement: My family has lived in Homer for 5 generations.  It is imperative that Homer continues to sustain the next generations.  To be an effective leader, it is important to look at all sides of an issue, making sure that decisions do not have negative consequences to our future.  I am proud of the work we have been doing on the council to better our community on many levels and we need to continue moving forward to completion of projects that will ensure lasting stability on all levels of life.

Homer has its challenges, but as we work together as a community, we can find paths of common ground that will bring a strength and resilience through the issues of life that we face.

We may live at the end of the road, but it is actually the start of many great adventures!
