Silent Disco Yoga

Silent Disco Yoga! Tune into your inner-self, settle your mind, and find your breath during this practice. This class encourages mindful exploration of the postures through a combination of movement (or flow) and breath work. This is a moderately-paced class, perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis (options to modify along the way).

Story Time Yoga (Ages 3-5)

Story Time Yoga explores simple yoga poses while incorporating stories, music, and playful yoga games. There is an emphasis on fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, sensory and physical exploration, and social skills.
