Story Time Yoga (Ages 3-5)

Story Time Yoga explores simple yoga poses while incorporating stories, music, and playful yoga games. There is an emphasis on fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, sensory and physical exploration, and social skills.

Join us for a screening of A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, celebrating the life of Fred Rogers. After a jaded magazine writer is assigned a profile of Mr. Rogers, he overcomes his skepticism, learning about kindness, love, and forgiveness from America's most beloved neighbor.
