The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) provides information on capital projects identified as priorities for the Homer community.  Projects to be undertaken by the State of Alaska and other non-City organizations are included in the CIP in separate sections. An overview of the financial assumptions can be found in the Appendix.

2025 Official Election Results

When available, the preliminary election results will be attached below in a preliminary Certificate of Election. This certificate is pending results from the absentee and questioned ballots that have been cast and will be counted by the Election Canvass Board on October 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Homer City Hall in Cowles Chambers. Final election results are certified at the October 13th regular Homer City Council meeting.
