2024-2029 CIP
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) provides information on capital projects identified as priorities for the Homer community. Projects to be undertaken by the State of Alaska and other non-City organizations are included in the CIP in separate sections. An overview of the financial assumptions can be found in the Appendix.
The projects included in the City of Homer's 2024-2029 CIP were compiled with input from the public, area-wide agencies, and City staff, as well as various advisory commissions serving the City of Homer.
The City updates the CIP annually to ensure the long-range capital improvement planning stays current, as well as to determine annual legislative priorities and assist with budget development.
