For the Homer Airport Terminal Sidewalk Replacement Project

Addendum #1 Issued 06/03/24

Sealed Bids for construction of the Homer Airport Terminal Sidewalk Replacement Project will be received by the Office of the City Clerk, 491 E. Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska 99603 until 3:00 PM on June 4, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened.  Bids received after that time will not be considered. All bidders must submit a City of Homer Plan Holders Registration form to be considered responsive. Completed Plan Holder Registration forms must be received separate from the Bid submittal in order for the Bidder to be listed on the Plan Holder’s List Plan holder registration forms and Plan & Specifications are available online at http://www.cityofhomer-ak.gov/rfps

An electronic copy of the Bid Documents and Plan Holder Registration form are available online at https://www.cityofhomer-ak.gov/rfps. Paper copies of the Bid Documents may be purchased at the Office of the City Clerk upon payment of $100 per set ($150 for priority mail delivery). All fees are non-refundable.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications to:

• Demolish existing concrete sidewalk
• Install heating loop system for new sidewalk
• Form and Pour new concrete sidewalk
• Maintain access to building during operating hours
