Submit Written Testimony to City Council
Submit your comments to City Council by using the Written Testimony web-form below. If you are having any issues, call the City Clerk's Office at 907-235-3130.
Written testimony will be provided to City Council prior to the meeting.
Would you prefer to speak at a meeting instead of, or in addition to, written comment? Meeting Agendas include opportunities for spoken public comment. Generally there is a time at the start of the meeting to comment on items on the agenda, and a time at the end of the meeting to comment on any topic. Each person is limited to 3 minutes per comment opportunity. You do not need to sign up in advance to comment, and you can speak in person or over zoom.
Meeting agendas and packets in electronic form can be found online by going to the City's Meeting List and selecting the meeting you are interested in.
