Homer Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Committee to Host Candidate Forum for Homer City Council Election

When:  Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Where:  Land's End Resort - Quarter Deck Room

Meet the candidates for Homer City Council and have a chance to ask questions prior to the election October 5th. State and CDC COVID-19 Guidelines will be followed for the in-person meeting.  You can also Live Stream the event at HomerAlaska.org or Listen on KBBI AM 890.

Councilmember Jason Davis was first elected on October 4, 2022.

A seat on the Homer City Council was declared vacant by City Council at their July 26^th regular meeting.  Homer citizens interested in being appointed to serve the partial term until October 2021 must file an application for appointment with the City Clerk's Office.

Applications for Appointment will be accepted July 27, 2021 through, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the City Clerk's Office
