Beach & Barge Landing Agreement

For vessels wishing to utilize the beach or barge ramp, a Beach/Barge Use Agreement must be filled out and signed beforehand as the use of beaches and barge ramps under City ownership or control, must be approved by the Harbormaster.  Please fill out the following form and return to the Port & Harbor Office either in-person, or by faxing, mailing, or scanning and emailing.  Charges for the use of these facilities are based on the current Terminal Tariff fees.

Any cargo loaded/unloaded at these facilities must complete a Cargo Wharfage Report.

Please note that a current Moorage Agreement is also necessary, if one has not already been filled out and signed for the calendar year.
