What does that stand for?  Are you looking at your harbor bill or receipt and can't figure out what the description means?  Here's a breakdown of those cryptic abbreviations that will make you a pro in no time.

Not all charge descriptions are listed here. If you have any questions regarding your account please contact the Harbor Office at 907-235-3160 or port@cityofhomer-ak.gov. Charges for the use of the harbor facilities are based on the current Terminal Tariff fees.

Charging Codes for the Homer Harbor:

• (#) TD>(date) - Transient Daily Moorage. Number in front depicts how many days, date shows when paid up to.
• ADMIN DAY - Administration fee for daily moorage.

• CHTD>(date) - Charged out 1 day moorage. Date shows when paid up to.
• CH2TD - Charged out 2 days moorage, etc.

• (#) TM>(date) - Transient Monthly Moorage. Number in front depicts how many months, date shows when paid up to.
• ADMIN MNTH - Administration fee for monthly moorage.
• TM MOORG - Charged out one month of monthly moorage.

• TS>(date) - Transient Semi-Annual Moorage. Date shows when paid up to.
• ADMIN TSA - Administration fee for semi-annual moorage.

• TA>(date) - Transient Annual Moorage. Date shows when paid up to.
• ADMIN TA - Administration fee for annual moorage.

• RSV>(date) D14 -  Reserved Stall Moorage.  Date shows month/year paid up to, then the stall number.
• ADMIN RSMR - Administration fee for reserved moorage.

• HBRPAY - Bill payment on account
• CR* - Credit

• DWD DOCK (date) - Deep Water Dock and date of landing.
• DWD SRV CH (date) - Deep Water Dock Service Charge and date of landing.
• DWD WTR CONX (date)- Deep Water Dock Water Connection Fee and date of occurrence.
• DWD WTR (date) 18000GAL - Deep Water Dock Water, date of occurrence, and quantity of gallons received.

• PIONEER DK (date) - Pioneer Dock (OR PD) and date of landing.
• PION SRVCH (date) - Pioneer Dock Service Charge and date of landing.
• PION WTR CONX (date)- Pioneer Dock Water Connection Fee and date of occurrence.
• PION WTR (date) 18000GAL - Pioneer Dock Water, date of occurrence, and quantity of gallons received.

• R ENRG MTR - Recurring electric meter charge (reserved stalls)
• T ENER MTR - Transient electric meter charge

• LL PASS - Load and Launch Ramp Annual Pass
• LL DAY - Load and Launch Ramp Day Use Pass

Crane:

  • 35509 - An assigned transaction number by the ice/crane program
  • 12:11 - Military time of when crane was activated
  • 2351 - Last 4 digits of crane card number
  • #2 - Crane No. 2
  • CR 00:31 - Crane used for 31 minutes
  • 10/05 - Date of crane use

Ice:

• 19090-18:21 4904 17 PIce 3.0 07/14
  • 19090 - An assigned transaction number by the ice/crane program
  • 18:21 - Military time of when ice chute was activated
  • 4904 - Last 4 digits of crane card number
  • 17 - Ice chute being used
  • PIce 3.0 - Amount of ice received in tons
  • 07/14 - Date ice was taken
