Reserved Stall Moorage Permit

A Reserved Stall Moorage Permit is required for every vessel that has a reserved stall lease within the harbor.  If you have been offered a stall or currently have a stall within the Homer Harbor and have not completed a Reserved Stall Moorage Permit yet, please fill out the following form and return to the Port & Harbor Office either in-person, or by faxing, mailing, or scanning and emailing to port@cityofhomer-ak.gov.
