Reserved Stall Lessee Agreement
A Reserved Stall Lessee Agreement is required for every vessel that has a reserved stall lease within the harbor. If you have been offered a stall lease, or currently have a lease for a stall within the homer harbor and have not completed a Reserved Stall Lessee Agreement yet, please fill out the following form and return to the Port & Harbor Office either in-person, or by faxing, mailing, or scanning and emailing to port@cityofhomer-ak.gov.
