Hotberth Request
A Hotberth stall assignment is a temporary assignment for the use of a reserved stall. Priority for the use of reserved stalls goes to the stall lessee, and when the lessee returns your assignment is terminated and your vessel will be directed to return to transient moorage areas. Vessel owners must be available to relocate their vessel within 24 hours or the vessel will be towed to its new location and tow fee applied to the vessel account.
Hotberth assignments are also automatically terminated if you depart from your assigned location for more than one week.
Priority for hotberths is given to individuals on the Homer Harbor's stall wait list. If you are offered a permanent slip from the wait list and decline to accept that slip, you are not eligible for hotberth assignments for a minimum of one year.
There is no additional moorage fee for a hotberth assignment beyond standard transient moorage rates. Use of electric pedestals will be charged according to the rates in the Port of Homer Tariff.
