Homer Intersections Planning Study AKDOT 2005

In 2005, the State of Alaska conducted a study of Homer's major intersections. The study included cost estimates and design alternatives for traffic lights and round abouts. The main document has information and drawings of possible solutions. The appendices contain more specific cost estimates for each intersection.
